The servers for Driveclub, Driveclub VR and Driveclub Bikes are all being switched off on March 31, 2020. Before then on August 31, 2019, the games and all of their DLC will be delisted and unpurchaseable from the PlayStation Network Store.
After the servers are switched off, only the single-player modes will be playable. However, Driveclub has put a lot of its eggs in the multiplayer basket, meaning the content left behind will be rather lacklustre.
Driveclub launched back in 2014, but struggled along the way due to being a launch title and a lot of broken promises with features and performance promised in E3.
Driveclub’s last update came in March 2016 with the final DLC pack for the game and on the same day, Sony announced that developer Evolution Studios would be shut down.
