CD Projekt Red’s John Mamais has recently stated in an interview that Cyberpunk 2077s multiplayer and single player are separate things.
Last month we got the news that the Cyberpunk 2077 multiplayer was delayed with the game. According to CD Projekt Red, Cyberpunk 2077 is a huge undertaking for the company. The head of Krawkaw studio at CDPR, John Mamais revealed further information regarding the multiplayer mode of Cyberpunk 2077.
When he was asked if the multiplayer mode would be released separately, Mamais said: “We’re not mixing the two things. Totally focusing on single-player.”
When questioned further about the multiplayer mode, he said that he could not reveal any more information. He went on to say that CD Projekt Red will share more details regarding the multiplayer mode, in a year from now.
Following the delay of Cyberpunk 2077, fans have been wondering about the fate of its multiplayer mode. The news of keeping the singleplayer campaign and the multiplayer mode separate means that CD Projekt Red as its hands completely full with the game.
