CD Projekt Red representative has debunked the recent Cyberpunk 2077 rumours, which revealed details about the troubled development, cut content and the studio’s plans for “No Man’s Sky Next” style comeback.
This came from an alleged CD Projekt Red developer shared some unverified details about the development of Cyberpunk 2077. The information in the post suggested that CD Projekt Red plan to re-introduce a lot of cut content by June 2021 and there was also some interesting stuff about the development issues throughout the games creation, as well as information surrounding Keanu Reeves as well.
And it looks like the rumour was indeed fake. Over on Cyberpunk 2077 forum, a CD Projekt Red representative replied with a simple statement: “We usually do not comment on rumours, but this is simply not true.”
If we had to guess, we would say CD Projekt Red will fix those the bugs and issues first, and then new content will drop once those issues are out the way.
