Active Neurons 3 DEALS
The publishers at Sometimes You (@Pinkerator) have brought as another instalment of some of the best puzzle games I’ve ever played Active Neurons 3. If you’ve not read my review on Active Neurons 2, then by all means go and have a read.
If you haven’t played the Active Neurons title games here’s a little run down. Active Neurons is a strategy puzzle game which has you control a white square around what could be looked at as a maze. With only a selection of moves to make, either Up, Down, Left, Right and Backwards to a point that your square is stopped by a wall, barrier or another block. This game will test your logic to uncover the wonders of the world.
Like the versions before it, Active Neurons 3 gives us new challenges and puzzles to complete, whilst listening to an amazing soundtrack to really help you get in the mood for solving puzzles. Active Neurons 3 starts off with easy to complete puzzles that progressively increase in difficulty the further you progress in levels.
The graphics and gameplay are very much the same as previous versions. With its simplistic design that is easy on the eye, smooth transitions when manoeuvring your square and very thought out level designs, Active Neurons 3 is another great platform for a puzzle strategy game.
There are some additional changes in this version. With its new atmospheric soundtrack that truly immerses you into the gameplay, within the previous version you had an option to reset the level. This ultimately puts your white square back at the beginning. Quite a handy feature if you go massively wrong. This time around you have an additional feature which allows you to go back a step to your previous move. Can be handy at times when you make a wrong move.
Active Neurons 3
Active Neurons 3 comes with new dangers and aids to help solve those puzzles. Back again with the red squares that instantly kill you, code puzzles and mirrored squares that will also kill you. Active Neurons 3 definitely comes with its challenges over its 14 stages which each boast 10 levels in each. However, it is an easy game to pick up and play and test your logic and puzzle mastery.
